We had a great week-long stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its clean and comfortable rooms, convenient location close to the metro, and helpful staff. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and the hotel facilities were nice. Though it wasn't near the train station, taxis were cheap and easy to come by.

Design interior excellent but service is very very very bad....
Staff reception service very very bad not friendly when I check out date 29 june 2011 time : 6:45 AM and breakfast open 7:30 very late, we suggestion not recommend this hotel for all friends, all staff service in hotel very very very bad

The free cable internet and clean bathroom were decent. The hotel is located near a well-known mall and subway station that facilitated my daily commute.
The staff was unable to communicate effectively in English, which made my stay less enjoyable. I found it difficult to communicate with the front desk and struggled to get information about local activities or locate nearby bus, metro, high-speed, or bullet trains.

Great location, close to transport. Spacious and clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money. Convenient for airport transfer. Close to tourist attractions. Comfortable bed. Renovations didn't affect overall experience.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The room was beautifully decorated, and the photos online accurately represented the high quality and elegant decor. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms tidy every day. Spacious rooms and amazing rain shower, perfect for a couples' city break. Location is quiet and not too far from the main attractions such as restaurants and tourist spots. Complimentary in-room internet was a nice touch and very useful.
Limited international TV and no bathtub may be a deal breaker for some guests. Breakfast options are limited with few western choices and no real fruit juice, which may not be satisfactory for some guests.
